– Set a course of 25′, marked every 5′ (Open standards).
– After each “buy-in” of GHD sit-ups, we’ll have the seconds remaining to accumulate AMRAP meters.
– Score is total meters, only counting completed 5′ sections.
– As an example, if we complete a full length of the 25′ course, our score would be about “8m”. Add in all (5) rounds of meters, and the system will compute the sum total.
