100m Reverse Sled Pull
1,000m Assault Bike
For today’s active recovery, we are combining some grunt work with easy breathing cardio pieces.
Intensity isn’t what we are going for today, rater just feel and breathing.
Focus on movement quality and steady breathing over anything else today.
Choose weights for the farmers carry and reverse sled pull that allow for constant movement during and little to no breaks.
This should all be done at a grind pace.
