Thursday evening classes will now be open gym from 4:30pm-7:30pm. Thursday is an active recovery or rest day in our programming. An active recovery WOD will be posted, but class time can also be used as a make-up day or Barbell Club training.

The workout begins on the bike
Every 5 minutes, you’ll get off and complete 1 round of 5-10-15
Choose variations that allow you to complete each movement unbroken
Rounds begin on the 5:00 – 10:00 – 15:00 – 20:00 – 25:00
