Thursday is an active recovery or rest day in our programming. An active recovery WOD will be posted, but class time will be run as open gym and can also be used as a make up day.
Please continue to register for classes in Wodify. Also, continue to cancel classes when you aren’t able to make them. When a class if full and you don’t cancel, it could prevent someone who wants that time spot from coming in. Thank you.

1st – Bike at Recovery Pace
2nd – 0:30 Side Plank Each Side
3rd – 10 Supinated Grip Barbell Curls + 10 Strict Press (45 / 35 lb)
4th – 0:45 Sandbag Bear Hug Hold
– Easy recovery pace throughout.
– Practice Nasal breathing during each movement.
– Full control and full range of motion on the barbell curls and strict press.
– Choose a sandbag weight that isn’t too challenging, but makes us work a bit.
