Thursday is an active recovery or rest day in our programming. An active recovery WOD will be posted, but class time will be run as open gym and can also be used as a make up day.
Please continue to register for classes in Wodify. Also, continue to cancel classes when you aren’t able to make them. When a class if full and you don’t cancel, it could prevent someone who wants that time spot from coming in. Thank you.
1: Metcon (No Measure)
Optional Active Recovery
1st – :30s row, bike or erg
2nd – :30s of Burpees
3rd – :30s of Bicep Curls
4th – :30s of Alternating Jump Lunges
– We will work 30 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest for each movement for 20 minutes.
– We will end up touching each movement 5 times.
– For the bicep curls, we want to have a supinated grip so our palms are facing up. Barbell or dumbbells work here.
