STIMULUS
This optional active recovery piece is for quality over speed, with the goal simply being to move around and sweat
Spend 1 minute at each station before moving to the next
Step back for the reverse lunges and alternate legs every rep
Choose a kettlebell weight that you can swing for 30+ reps when fresh
If unable to Bike, complete another machine or 10 Meter Shuttle Runs
