Front Squats (115/85)
*One person working at a time during the Front Squats and the Pull-Ups. Partition reps as needed
** Team will run the 200M together. All of the team must be done with run before starting Front Squats.
EC: Metcon (Weight)
10 Double DB bent over rows
20 Alternating DB incline bench press
*Rest as needed
– A great balance of push and pull
– 2-3 min rest between sets
– For the alternating DB incline bench press, the reps begin with both arms fully extended, at that point we wil alternate each arm with the “resting” arm waiting at full extension for the next rep
