100 Bench Press 135/95 or 60% of 1RM
100 Pull-Ups or Bent over Rows
100 Head Cutters (35/25)
100 Sit-ups
100 Dips or Bench Dips
100 DB Romanian Deadlift
One person working at a time. Partition reps as needed. Sequence doesn’t matter IE 5 rounds of 20 for each movement.
