Periodic Work: In Place Lunges
On minutes 3, 6, and 9, a girl will scream. Regardless of where the athlete is within the AMRAP, the athlete must stop and perform 16 lunges (alternating legs, knee touches ground) before picking up where he or she left off with the AMRAP. Lunges must be forward stepping and come back to full extension.
